Long before we were established as a Foundation, we begun this cause as a social enterprise; gathering like minds, riding on good will and personal funds, to ensure that Africans were enlightened from the ignorance caused by lack and limitations. We sought to inspire the African Youth to be and begin the change the continent needed. Metamorphosing into a Foundation, we have passed on this desire in its intensity, to our volunteer force of over 2000 people, some of whom have served consistently and tirelessly for over three years to ensure that lives are inspired and impacted.

The LYDA Conference is an advocacy initiative aimed at creating awareness of the numerous opportunities beyond the confines of regularity within Africa. From inception in 2013, we have influenced over 28,219 people by bringing together celebrated high-flyers across several industries to share their success stories amidst the prevalent challenges of Africa. LYDA conference has birthed new businesses, collaborations and even employment opportunities for our participants who have been recruited into our Dream Development Centre.
