Bankole is the Founder of an NGO called Live Your Dreams Africa; a platform set up to challenge Africans to live their lives intentionally towards the achievement of their dreams. Through this platform, he showcases successful people in different walks of life who have against all odds consciously pursued their dreams to set up enterprises and are today celebrated for what they do. He is the proprietor of the Dream Development Center (DDC), an arm of the foundation focused on empowering youth with knowledge and resources to create businesses in the areas of their passion, thereby solving the problems of unemployment and underemployment. The center connects participants with some of the most successful individuals in select fields who fulfil their philanthropic desires by facilitating courses and providing mentorship/apprenticeship opportunities to participants.
Bankole Williams is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP). He is a UK Certified Life & Career Coach and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the International Council for Managing Consulting Institutes ICMCI). He is also a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Certification Board (FIMCB). He is also widely regarded as a Behavioral Change Expert. He is an emergent force to be reckoned with in the field of Management Consulting with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and consulting fields. He is also a recipient of the Lagos State award of Excellence in Youth & Social Development
In his quest to understand and optimize human potential, Bankole has gained management and career experience, first at Guaranty Trust Bank, where he was an invaluable member of the Human Resources Team. While at Guaranty Trust bank, he discovered his passion for workforce activation and man power development which led to his move to the Training department where he also facilitated trainings for staff in the bank, after which, he joined a reputable consulting firm

Bankole Williams has designed, managed and facilitated several customer service and personal/workplace mastery training programs, He has also facilitated management and leadership retreats for several organizations. He is an expert at delivering training solutions on product lines such as Self Mastery, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Coaching, Change management, Business Communication, Team bonding, Superior service delivery, Leadership, Selling skills, Employability, Enterprise development etc.

She is a graduate of the prestigious Stanford SEED Transformation Program which has aided her work as a mentor for thousands of young women across Africa and her place as a standout entrepreneur. In 2013, Tara was nominated as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Over the past 16 years, Tara has been dedicated to realizing her vision of building a globally respected beauty company of African origin. She is the founder and current CEO of House of Tara International; the creator of the Tara Orekelewa Beauty range, Inspired Perfume and the H.I.P Beauty range; and a highly respected mentor for make-up artists and small business owners.
